• Provide MOD coverage and maintain service standards and operational continuity.
• Lead truck execution, ensuring timely unloading and accurate merchandise flow to the floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Run Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support backroom organization and sales floor recovery for a clean store.
