The Michaels Companies is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution in an on-site store environment. You will manage truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready store.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of retail leadership, strong planning skills, and experience with SOPs and company programs. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Mansioni

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Lead truck execution processes, ensuring timely unloading, accurate sorting, and efficient flow of merchandise.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization, partnering with store leadership to align staffing and execution.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution, ensuring merchandising sets are completed accurately and on schedule.
