Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution in-store. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to ensure accurate pricing and timely promotional execution.

You will lead workload planning, provide MOD coverage, and maintain a customer-ready store environment while coaching team members and upholding asset protection practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of SOPs and company programs.
• Experience in merchandising, inventory control and pricing accuracy.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members within a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and operational execution including planogram sets and visual standards.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, pricing accuracy and promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage, floor leadership, and customer-ready store environment.
• Direct workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs, ASN receiving, and inventory integrity.
