Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and maintain SOP compliance and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and ensure store leadership continuity.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Plan workloads and daily tasks with store leadership to align staffing.
• Execute SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment including backroom.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time to maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and ensure efficient order processing.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train, coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skills.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
