• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram execution.
• Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes, and backroom organization.
• Train and coach team members, focusing on asset protection and shrink reduction.
