Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Merchandisers in Apex, NC to maximize product inventory, greet customers, and support online orders. The role involves stocking, building displays, processing freight, and assisting with curbside pickup and delivery where assigned.

You'll participate in wine, spirits, and beer training, maintain store safety and cleanliness, and adhere to alcohol sale laws. Flexible evenings and weekends are expected, with benefits including PTO, discounts, and health plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays, end caps, and signage.
• Assist with digital business operations and order fulfillment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with customers.
• Assist with curbside pickup and delivery if assigned.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness and adhere to alcohol sale laws.
