Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring Store Team Members in Cary, NC to ensure excellent customer service and smooth online and in-store operations. You will merchandise, stock displays, greet customers, and participate in product training across wine, spirits and beer.

You'll also keep up with promotions, loyalty programs, and safety standards while supporting cross-functional tasks. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are offered in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiar with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online operations.
• Greet customers, build relationships and deliver personalized service.
• Participate in wine, spirits and beer training.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and store safety.
• Handle cross-functional duties and occasional deliveries if needed.
