Job summary

Total Wine & More in North Carolina is seeking Store Merchandisers to join our team. You will maximize inventory, stock merchandise, build displays, fulfill online orders, and support curbside pickup and delivery as needed.

You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, participate in training, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and process freight, stocking and displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Maintain knowledge of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and comply with laws for alcohol sales.
• Load and deliver orders safely when required.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.
