Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in Raleigh to support merchandising, curbside pickup, and in-store service. You will greet customers, stock inventory, build displays, and help with online orders as needed.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, safety compliance, and ongoing training to build product knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer. Prior retail experience and familiarity with POS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products and build displays, end caps, and signage.
• Process freight, stock shelves, and pull/store merchandise.
• Fulfill online orders and assist with in-store and curbside pickup/delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers.
• Assist with training and maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
