Total Wine & More in Raleigh, NC is hiring Store Team Members to join as Merchandisers. You will maximize product inventory, organize stock, build displays, and support online orders, curbside pickup, and delivery if assigned.

You’ll greet customers, share product knowledge, and engage to foster relationships in a fast-paced store environment. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ age, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Stand 8-10 hours; lift 50 lbs; climb ladders.
• May be exposed to outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and greeting.
• Merchandise, stock, and build displays and end caps.
• Process freight, manage inventory, and signs.
• Support online orders and curbside pickup/delivery if assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely as needed.
