Total Wine & More is seeking a Store Team Member in Apex, NC to deliver exceptional customer service, manage product inventory, and support online orders. You may handle merchandising, front-end tasks, and occasional deliveries while reporting to store management.

The role requires flexibility, 21+ age, and the ability to lift and stand for long periods. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a high school diploma (preferred).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, process freight, stock merchandise, and build displays.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships.
• Maintain safety and compliance for alcohol sales.
• Assist with online business operations and order fulfillment.
