Job summary

Total Wine & More in Charlotte, NC is seeking an energetic Merchandiser to maximize inventory, stock displays, and support online orders. You will greet customers, build relationships, and communicate promotions while ensuring compliance with alcohol laws and store safety.

This role may include sales, front-end tasks, or deliveries as needed, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior retail experience and familiarity with POS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Experience with inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online operations.
• Deliver exceptional service and build relationships with customers.
• Load and deliver orders safely when assigned, and assist with curbside/pick-up.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations.
