Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in Apex, NC to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. You will greet customers, advise on wine, spirits, and beer, assist with merchandising, and support curbside pickup and delivery as needed.

Under the Total Rewards program, you will contribute to a safe, clean store environment while following laws governing alcohol sales. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for training are provided to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Merchandise, front end or other responsibilities as needed; assist with displays, end caps, signage.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services, including loading and delivering orders if assigned.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.
• Support digital business operations and participate in training to build product knowledge.
