Job summary

Total Wine & More in Charlotte, NC seeks Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, maximize product inventory, and support online order fulfillment. Roles span merchandising, sales, and front-end duties, with internal title Merchandiser reporting to store management.

You will greet customers, build relationships, and learn wine, spirits and beer, while staying current on promotions and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment during all operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and support online orders and curbside/pickup.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, loyalty programs, and store safety standards.
• Load and deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function.
