Job summary

Total Wine & More in Raleigh is seeking Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, maximize product inventory, and support online business operations including curbside pickup and delivery when assigned.

Responsibilities include stocking, building displays, greeting customers, promoting promotions, and ensuring safety and compliance with alcohol laws. A high school diploma and 1–3 years in retail are preferred; ability to work evenings and weekends is important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and greet customers to build relationships.
• Maximize product inventory including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps, place signage, and support online orders with curbside pickup/delivery.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale laws.
