Job summary

Total Wine & More in Cary, NC is seeking Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and assist customers with product recommendations. Roles include merchandising, front-end duties, and supporting curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

You will participate in wine, spirits, and beer training, maintain knowledge of promotions, and uphold safety and compliance standards. Benefits include PTO, health plans, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of work experience.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers.
• Assist with merchandising, stocking, and end caps.
• Process orders for pickup and delivery, including curbside service.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness to comply with policies.
