Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOP adherence and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, and maintain store conditions and results.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee inventory control, stock movement, and replenishment accuracy.
• Execute ad sets and planogram (POG) accuracy and on-time execution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom operations.
