Job summary

The Michaels Stores in Collegeville, PA seeks a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational excellence. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing accuracy, and promotional execution to maintain a customer-ready store.

You will lead the team, manage SOPs, and provide MOD coverage while partnering with store leadership to align staffing and execution with business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience with SOPs and company programs.
• Strong inventory management and planogram execution skills.
• Ability to lead a team and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure SOP compliance and policy execution.
• Oversee truck processing, inventory routines, and planogram sets.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and timely promotional execution.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store leadership.
• Manage in-stock levels through SISO routines and replenishment.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN processes.
• Train and coach team members across departments.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
