Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to manage store operations and SOP adherence.
• Strong customer service and team coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Lead truck execution for timely unloading and merch flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and in-stock optimization efforts.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Support clean, organized store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and shrink control.
• Perform price changes and Ship-from-Store fulfillment accurately.
