Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee inventory control, stock movement, and merchandising execution.
• Execute Ship from Store, RTVs/ASNs, and pricing changes.
• Train, coach, and develop store team members across departments.
