Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and accountability for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution with unloading, sorting, and floor flow.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution to complete merchandising sets on schedule.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising standards and product presentation.
• Support a clean, organized store environment including backroom and sales floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes on time and maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment processes and accuracy.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper inventory adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures to reduce shrink.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing development.
• Partner in Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
