Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure legal compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and lead floor operations and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to the floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
