Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Part-Time Merchandise Manager for our Springfield, PA store. You will drive merchandising and operational execution, including truck processing, in-stock routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to maintain a customer-ready environment.

You will lead by example, support store leadership, manage workload planning, ensure pricing accuracy, and assist with Ship from Store and RTV processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee in-stock routines, replenishment accuracy, and planogram execution.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, RFID/price changes, and Ship from Store fulfillment.
• Handle RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
