Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience driving merchandising execution and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to manage pricing, promotions, and planogram sets.

Responsibilities

• Lead truck execution, unloading and sorting to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual standards.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
• Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink and ensure safe operations.
