Responsibilities

• Ensure unsurpassed customer service by the LensCrafters team.
• Provide training and coaching using company programs.
• Analyze reports to improve store KPIs (NPS, sales to plan, etc.).
• Attract and hire engaged team members for proper staffing.
• Partner with Doctor of Optometry to elevate customer experience.
• Guide operations, inventory and visual standards per guidelines.
• Maintain safety programs to ensure a safe working environment.
