• Ensure the LensCrafters team delivers unsurpassed customer service.
• Provide training and coaching to the team using company programs.
• Analyze reporting to improve store KPIs (NPS, Sales, Labor, etc.).
• Attracts and hires an engaged team to ensure proper coverage.
• Collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry to enhance customer and patient experience.
• Maintain safety programs and store guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
