Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager in Training for our Tempe store. You will drive retail operations, lead Assistant Store Managers, Production Team, and Donation Attendants, and help fund our mission to end unemployment.

The role focuses on people leadership, inventory control, customer service, and community partnerships, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift
• One-year customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

Responsabilités

• Direct store operations and lead Assistant Store Manager and teams
• Plan and monitor payroll and operating costs against budget
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and shoppers
• Oversee donation processing and product display per standards
• Maintain clean, well-kept store reflecting the Goodwill brand
• Develop staff through training and performance management
