Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to drive store operations, production, and donor/customer service excellence. You will lead the Production Team, Donation Attendants, and Assistant Store Managers while managing budgets and payroll to meet annual goals.

The role requires 2+ years in retail management, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license and clean MVR are required, with a focus on community engagement

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager to develop and implement strategic plans to help drive donations.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Ensures Team Members deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains store cleanliness and reflects the Goodwill brand.
