Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to drive store operations at a Mesa location. The role leads the Assistant Store Manager, Production Team, and Donation Attendants to meet annual goals.

You will oversee people leadership, inventory, donations, customer service, and training, while ensuring brand standards across multiple stores. Eligible for a monthly performance bonus up to $1,000.

Qualifications

• 2 years' work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives retail operations to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for income, revenue, and production.
• Coordinate with Retail District Manager to implement strategic donation growth plans.
• Monitor product levels daily to meet sales targets and inventory budgets.
• Ensure payroll and operating costs stay within budget.
• Deliver excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain clean, well-kept store environments reflecting the Goodwill brand.
