Job summary

Boot Barn in Maine is seeking a Store Manager to elevate customer service, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team. You will oversee staffing, training, and operational standards to deliver a premium in-store experience that reflects Boot Barn’s values.

The role requires developing partners, managing payroll and budgets, and maintaining inventory while partnering with District leadership to meet year-over-year goals.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service & selling culture and exceed sales goals.
• Develop training plans across product categories to achieve full competency.
• Analyze and communicate localized customer needs to District Manager.
• Coach and mentor associates; manage staffing and schedules.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels and visual standards per guidelines.
• Lead community outreach and experiential events with the District Manager.
