Boot Barn is seeking a Store Manager in a full-time role to lead a store team, optimize staffing, and drive sales performance. You will coach associates, manage inventory and presentation, and partner with district leadership to maintain exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, shrink control, and payroll management while promoting a culture of learning and teamwork across the store environment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in retail store management.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Develop training plans and ensure product knowledge across categories.
• Analyze and communicate local customer needs to management.
• Maximize sales and meet key metrics through coaching and presence on the sales floor.
