Job summary

Sleep Number Pembroke Pines is seeking a Store Manager on-site to lead a high-performing team, deliver world-class customer experiences, and drive sales through Sleep Number's proven process. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage store operations, and communicate product benefits to customers using interactive demos.
