Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding goals in a high-end environment.
• Experience recruiting, training, engaging and retaining top talent.
• Proficient with store operations tech (POS systems) and sales demos on iPad.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Pay-for-performance compensation; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Authorized to work in the United States; English proficiency required.
