The role requires at least 3+ years in sales management in a high-end environment, with strong proficiency in POS systems and digital demos.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Experience recruiting, training, engaging and retaining top talent.
• Comfort with store technology and sales presentations (POS, iPad, demonstrations).
