Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer experience and coach team members on service best practices.
• Supervise store and pharmacy operations, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Plan daily tasks and assign responsibilities to meet targets.
• Analyze financial and performance data to drive sales and reduce costs.
• Manage hiring, training, performance and development of team members.
