Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant/ RPh per state law.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling.
• Manages inventory, merchandising, pricing, and stock control.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to drive sales and reduce costs.
• Provides coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
• Ensures compliance with all policies, laws, and store procedures.
• Leads community and customer service initiatives and communications.
