Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in retail management, flexible scheduling ability, and state requirements for pharmacy technician licensing as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant or licensed RPh as soon as possible per state law requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store and pharmacy operations, including scheduling.
• Monitor customer service and train team members.
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Hire, train, and manage staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Communicate with district management and resolve issues.
