Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician registration/licensure as required by state law (and pursuing certification as required).
• Flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service; trains and improves team performance.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, scheduling and bookkeeping.
• Manages inventory, merchandising, and asset protection to optimize sales and reduce loss.
