Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state or pharmacy assistant or licensed RPh within 12 months per state law.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service; trains team members and develops improvement plans.
• Greets customers and clinic patients; assists with products and services.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations, shifts, delegation and scheduling.
• Ensures regulatory compliance; manages store and pharmacy assets and finances.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
