• Performs store opening/closing and financial processes.
• Recruits, selects, and onboard team members; assists in training retail associates.
• Addresses guest concerns and resolves issues promptly.
• Manages inventory processes, including cycle counts and shipping/receiving.
• Monitors policy compliance and reports violations.
• Delegates duties and develops action plans for changes.
• Plans and conducts regular store meetings and the annual inventory.
• Conducts performance evaluations and addresses issues promptly.
• Communicates goals, plans and performance metrics with all associates.
