Job summary

Safelite Group is seeking a Store Manager in Richmond, VA to lead daily retail store operations, ensuring top quality service and a memorable customer experience. You will supervise staff, manage cash and inventory, and drive performance against KPI targets.

You will coach and develop a team of technicians and associates, safeguard compliance, and maintain safety and store appearance. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication with a mobile workforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED plus leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory and loss prevention.
• Drive KPI performance (NPS, time to serve, conversions, quality metrics) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure SafeTech™ certified technicians through training and coaching.
• Provide guidance on vehicle/equipment maintenance and proper recordkeeping.
• Respond promptly to customer complaints and warranty issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
