Job summary

Lids is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service in our Bloomington store. You will oversee hiring, training, and team engagement while ensuring operational excellence and a positive work environment.

The role reports to the District Sales Manager and supports Lids’ in-store customization initiatives. The position emphasizes team development, inventory control, and adherence to company standards, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills with ability to train and assess retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight for training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Lids selling strategy to hit KPIs and sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve in-the-moment issues.
• Oversee store operations including scheduling, payroll, and compliance.
• Drive product strategy, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure customers are offered Lids membership programs and promos.
• Manage team training, onboarding, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with district and store channels for updates and initiatives.
