Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead store associates through training programs, goal setting, and follow-ups.
• Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings when the Store Manager is absent.
• Create a fun, productive environment and ensure staff understanding of company objectives.
• Uphold brand standards and dress code; safeguard inventory, funds, and property.
• Schedule staffing and call in associates to handle peak periods when needed.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Support adherence to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
