The role emphasizes staffing, training, inventory control, and collaborative work with district leadership to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills with ability to train staff.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work varying days and hours with excellent attendance.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Willingness to travel overnight for training and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train store staff and plan staffing needs.
• Onboard new team members to ensure awareness of Lids standards.
• Lead a high-energy selling environment and drive KPIs.
• Plan and manage scheduling and payroll in line with policies.
• Maintain product presentation, inventory control, and store operations.
