POP MART in Sherman Oaks, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the business, deliver a premium customer experience, build high-performing teams, and drive operational excellence.

You will own store performance, talent development, visual merchandising, inventory control, scheduling, and daily operations while representing POP MART's brand and unique collectibles to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development and coaching of store team.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational execution through KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and service.
• Own scheduling, payroll, inventory, and daily store operations.
• Execute visual merchandising and marketing initiatives.
• Support brand events and community initiatives.
