Job summary

POP MART Americas is seeking a Store Manager in Sherman Oaks, CA, to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will create an engaging customer experience, manage inventory, and execute visual merchandising aligned with POP MART's premium brand.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can coach staff and deliver results. You will oversee KPIs, promotions, and community events, while coordinating with Robo Shop teams for launches and activations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven ability to drive sales, optimize staffing, and manage budgets.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and analytics.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for customer experience and brand storytelling.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, or pop culture.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop store leadership and staff.
• Own store sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operations.
• Lead product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and brand ambassador presence.
• Oversee scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Maintain compelling visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Support in-store events, community activities, and store openings.
• Travel up to 10% for openings and cross-team collaboration.
