Job summary

POP MART Americas is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager for our Century City location. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and ensure operational excellence while delivering POP MART’s premium brand experience.

You will oversee daily operations, coaching, inventory, merchandising, and in-store events, inspiring a customer-first culture for collectors and first-time visitors alike.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and drive brand engagement.
• Analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and loss prevention.
• Manage visual merchandising, planograms, signage, and seasonal displays to reflect POP MART branding.
• Engage with the local collector community and support events, pop-ups, and store openings.
