Job summary

POP MART in Brea, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the business, drive sales, and create an exceptional customer experience in a premium retail environment.

The role requires developing high‑performing teams, managing inventory and visual merchandising, and ensuring operational excellence aligned with POP MART brand standards. You will report to the District/Area Manager and contribute to a growing North America retail network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high‑volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, including coaching and development.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and how to use data to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Retail Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership and talent development, coaching and retaining a high‑performing team.
• Own store financial performance including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability and operations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and promote POP MART's brand and products.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and shrinkage controls.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies and marketing campaigns to support business goals.
• Support in‑store events and community engagement, travel up to 10% as needed.
