Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven ability to develop teams and coach staff.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and inventory control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for designer toys, collectibles, or pop culture is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of store leadership and associates.
• Own store P&L, sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operations.
• Drive product launches, promotions, and visual merchandising.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, loss prevention, and daily operations.
• Represent POP MART brand in the local community and partnerships.
