POP MART Americas in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-volume retail operation. You will own store performance, develop a strong team, execute visual merchandising and brand standards, and deliver a premium customer experience while managing inventory, schedules, and daily operations.

You will inspire your team to achieve sales goals, manage resources efficiently, and uphold POP MART's premium brand across all store activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to use metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Talent Development: recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Business & Sales Performance: own the store's sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and KPIs.
• Customer Experience: champion a welcoming shopping environment and brand experience.
• Store Operations: oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory, shipments, and stockroom.
• Visual Merchandising & Brand Execution: implement displays and seasonal floor sets consistent with brand objectives.
• Brand & Community: support in-store events, collaborations, and community engagement.
